Police Officers Dan Dilly and Don Dally
Officers Dilly and Dally have been called many things, but lazy is the word that best describes them. They constantly argue and blame each other for not doing the task at hand. But despite their constant fighting, Dilly and Dally are always together, even when they’re off duty.
Chief Halfpenny is constantly annoyed by Dilly and Dally’s procrastination but he knows when the chips are down he can count on them to spring – er – mosey into action.
